That's my favorite panel too. I think she just looks so cute. I know some people might see her as being cool and manipulative, but I just see her as so full of happy energy and cuteness. And also, she just kissed a boy she secretly likes.

Yeah, I know some portray her that way, but at 12!?!! She's adorable and brings out the adorable in Sev! Let them both turn into unsavory characters later...:))
