Gryffindor of course, Spock is like Hermione, intelligent sure, but his bravery is sorely underestimated yet knows no bound, besides Kirk and McCoy would both be Gryffs so naturally Spock would be too, DUH!!!
Couldn't you also turn that the other way around, though? Like, personally I'd put McCoy in Hufflepuff, and say he's the opposite of Hermione's situation: yes, he's brave, just like Hermione's intelligent, but his underlying traits are really patience, determination, and compassion (remember when he saved mirror!Spock's life?)
I definitely put him in Gryffindor house too along with Kirk. Though Kirk may be a Slytherin yet. But I'm not so sure about McCoy. I kind of see him in Hufflepuff.
