Summary: A sequence of 4 pictures drawn for the Winter 2012 sshg_exchange for teaoli's prompt: "Hermione riding a bike and coming home at night, tired and dejected,then surprised (and ultimately overjoyed) to find Snape standing in a pool of light in her doorway." This will  be the last fest or exchange-based piece of fanart I do for a while. At the time I drew this, it had been a while since I'd drawn Snape, and this really shows in the third panel. (Too much Sherlocking, I fear!)

and a chilly ride home,

I love the way you draw Hermione's hair! That last frame was very warm and soothing. I did feel sorry for her on the bike. A bit dangerous -- and potentially drafty -- in her robes. :)

Here's hoping she used a warming charm and possibly another charm or two to make sure her robes did not get caught in the wheels.
