Notes: Based on a moment in Chapter 8 of BeautifulFiction's Midnight Blue Serenity. Gorgeous and harrowing casefic with beautifully erotic moments and a bestubbled, eyeliner-wearing Sherlock. It's for a case of course, and poor John didn't stand a chance. My first time drawing a guy with eyeliner, and my second attempt at stubble. Consider this a rec. Go read the fic.

So now I'm back to ogle your piece. John's tongue makes my mouth water. You did a lovely job rendering the well-groomed stubble. That was a lovely detail of the story (the stubble-grooming) that you've made particularly luscious here, and seeing Sherlock in eye makeup is just twelve different kinds of gorgeous. Thank you for this most eloquent of recs, and I sincerely hope the author is rendered as insensible as this has rendered me.

I am congratulating myself on introducing this fic to people because some of the Johnlock in there is too hot not to share. UNF!

I honestly was freaking out about the stubble because I was worried this would not look sufficiently like Sherlock for people to recognize him, but it was a major part of his disguise as was the eyliner. I still want to draw him just lounging and tantalizing John because men with beautiful eyes wearing eyeliner is now my new favorite thing.
