Summary: Reveals were a week and a half ago, and I am finally getting around to posting to my own LJ. Drawn for lookfar for the Fall 2012 sshg_exchange in response to the prompt: "Afterglow: Hermione and Severus tangled in the sheets, sweat cooling on their skin, spent." Colored pencil and ink. Based on cheeky comments in response, I need to try something different artwise the next time the exchange rolls around because my art is too identifiable for me to be a true mystery artist! And for all those wondering just whose pink sheets those are, they belong to Severus. He adores how they compliment Hermione's bare skin.

I'd like to kill my dissertation chair.

But otherwise, yes. My kids had their final last Friday, my TAs are busy grading, and grades are due next Wednesday. Plus, the chair of my department emailed me about renewing my post-doc for next year, so YAY. :)

I just wish I had a few extra days to get into the holiday spirit. I always feel like it goes "whoosh" right past me.

I love your shading and color choices, and your facial expressions and body language Of course Severus would pick sheets that complement her skin coloring -- he notices everything, his lovemaking is sensual like a work of art, and it makes Hermione feel very loved that he would plan even the sheet color for her benefit.
