I actually had a discussion about this with my dad, an impressive Trekkie, and we decided on Ravenclaw. The emo Claws we see in the books are probably just as emo as the rest of the students because, well, they're teenagers and they have human flaws. As Spock is only half human, he lacks many of those flaws and therefore can be the most ideal Ravenclaw possible, relying primarily on logic.
He does have some traits belonging to other houses, particularly Gryffindor, but I think in some ways that's the part of him that Kirk brings out, rather than what he would display independently. But yes, after Ravenclaw, Gryffindor would be an immediate second choice in my opinion.
