I'm sorry I never replied to this. I laud people who know themselves well and take action. It never occurred to me in my 20s or 30s to seek tubal ligation, but it may have alleviated a lot of stress. I think I had internalized a lot of the pressure so many face about potential regret. But it's a really controlling discourse. I'm not like most other people - I knew that in my 20s. Why would I have the same regrets as most other people?
