I feel the same way. I was really not a fan of AUs in the HP fandom, but I adore them in Sherlock. It might be because Sherlock is so present day/shared reality and it's fun to mess with that. I also have a real soft spot for OctoJohn.

Yes, that's wee Anderson with the dinosaur. And you're absolutely right. I didn't even think of how Anderson's face is probably keeping Sherlock from falling asleep.
